Lead EPC change order cost estimation, negotiation, reporting, and project cost control, ensuring estimates align with project schedules and coordinating changes across PMT disciplines.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead EPC cost control, estimation, forecasting, and change management.
• Ensure contractor cost controls and corrective actions are effective.
• Manage Project Management of Change and assess cost/schedule impacts.
• Consolidate and report project cost, progress, and schedule trends.
• Monitor EPC contractor performance on cost, progress, and schedule.
• Develop cost/schedule scenarios to support contracting strategies.
• Prepare Class III estimates, bid checks, and bid evaluation models.
• Manage EPC change orders, including estimates, compliance, documentation, and negotiation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, or Commercial disciplines.
• 8+ years’ experience in cost estimating, scheduling, and project controls.

Skills and Competencies

• Experience validating contractor estimates and developing modularized cost reports.
• Proven Brownfield project experience, with strong understanding of cost and schedule drivers.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant technical applications.
