Lead and manage the Compression EPC Contractor for safe, quality, and efficient execution of CP Topsides Mechanical/HVAC works, ensuring HSE, schedule, constructability, and alignment with project standards, while driving issue resolution and effective Company/Contractor interfaces through fabrication execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure HSE compliance during fabrication.
Manage Topsides fabrication, MC, quality, and schedule.
Supervise Contractors/Subcontractors for contractual and technical compliance.
Review constructability and engineering deliverables.
Monitor progress, quality, deviations, and corrective actions.
Coordinate MC, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and reporting.
Participate in risk assessments, technical meetings, REX, and lessons learned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering.
8+ years’ Oil & Gas Mechanical/HVAC EPC experience
1+ year supervisory experience.
Knowledge of fabrication, welding, lifting, testing, and completions.
Experience with major Oil & Gas/EPC organizations and large-scale projects.
Skills and Competencies
Knowledge of fabrication, installation, brownfield, and hook-up standards and safety requirements.
Knowledge of offshore/onshore facilities, structures, and yard operations.
Understanding of execution methods and risks for sour gas and LNG facilities.
