Lead the execution oversight and hook-up of the offshore piping and mechanical equipment on site encompassing installation and welding of exotic pipework (CRA, inconel, stainless steels) and installation of key equipment. To ensure the highest level of safety and compliance during execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure offshore safety and promote a safe working environment.
- Drive offshore quality for flawless delivery and start-up.
- Coordinate CTR execution safely and on schedule.
- Act as PMT offshore focal point for Piping & Mechanical TQs.
- Support PTW, daily progress, and CTR coordination meetings.
- Assist the Offshore HU Head as required.
- Attend HU meetings, document reviews, risk assessments, and related activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in large Oil & Gas projects.
- Experience in construction, installation, fabrication, execution, completion, and hook-up.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience, including acting roles or service/vendor personnel oversight.
Skills and Competencies
- Oil & Gas, EPC, service, or heavy construction experience.
- Knowledge of fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield, and hook-up standards and safety requirements.
- Experience with offshore, onshore, and yard operations.
- Knowledge of sour gas and LNG execution risks.
- Experience in large-scale Operations, Projects, or Subsurface organizations.
