Oversee Compression Platform structural fabrication from yard activities through load-out, ensuring project objectives are met while maintaining design constructability, industry standards, and effective coordination between company and contractor teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and fabrication compliance.
- Supervise Contractor/Subcontractor structural fabrication and Mechanical Completion.
- Review constructability, technical compliance, and engineering deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and project requirements.
- Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate MC, Pre-commissioning, and Commissioning activities.
- Participate in risk assessments and technical meetings.
Qualifications:
- Diploma qualification.
- 8+ years’ structural supervisory experience on large offshore decks, topsides, or living quarters.
- Experience managing multinational teams.
- Strong knowledge of project execution, fabrication, welding, lifting, mechanical testing, and completions.
Skills and Competencies
- Oil & Gas, EPC, service, or heavy construction experience.
- Knowledge of fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield, and hook-up standards.
- Experience with offshore/onshore facilities and yard operations.
- Knowledge of sour gas and LNG execution methods and risks.
- Experience in large-scale operating organizations.
