Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SIMOPS/PTW planning and EPC Contractor execution.
• Coordinate SIMOPS/PTW scope, interfaces, and operational requirements.
• Ensure technical compliance with project objectives and specifications.
• Oversee contractor resources, competencies, procedures, and performance.
• Manage SIMOPS/PTW deliverables supporting Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning.
• Identify SHES hazards, assess risks, and manage phase/interface boundaries.
• Capture and share lessons learned and continuously improve procedures.
• Review and update SIMOPS/PTW procedures and specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Applied Sciences.
• 8+ years’ Oil & Gas commissioning experience, including supervisory experience.
• 8+ years’ SIMOPS/PTW, Commissioning, or Operations leadership experience.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong SHES risk assessment and SIMOPS/PTW expertise.
• Proven multi-discipline, multi-cultural team leadership.
• Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning and Brownfield experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, planning, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent English and computer proficiency.
