Lead construction and fabrication activities for NFPS Compression Platforms through sailaway, ensuring safe, efficient delivery within scope, schedule, and industry standards.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver project scope within schedule and budget.
• Lead construction, fabrication, and site safety activities.
• Manage teams, contractors, and key project interfaces.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.
• Monitor progress, milestones, risks, and recovery actions.
• Lead MOC, audits, and lessons learned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science.
• 12+ years’ Oil & Gas construction experience, including 3+ years in management.

Skills and Competencies

• Extensive EPC, fabrication, offshore/onshore, and yard experience.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards, codes, safety, and execution methods.
• Proven experience managing EPC contractors and subcontractors.
• Strong project delivery and construction safety track record.
