Manage EPC and subcontractor construction activities to ensure safe, on-budget, on-schedule execution, construction readiness, and successful facility start-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe, incident-free operations through active leadership.
- Monitor project progress, cost, and schedule; drive corrective actions.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across all project phases.
- Approve construction methods, work packs, lifting plans, and procedures.
- Optimize resources, productivity, and construction sequencing.
- Resolve constraints and interface issues to maintain progress.
- Drive milestones, deliverables, and recovery plans.
- Manage manpower, productivity, costs, and progress reporting.
- Maintain effective stakeholder and project communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
- 12+ years’ Oil & Gas construction experience, including 3+ years in management-level EPC execution.
Skills and Competencies
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe.
- Strong planning, organization, coordination, and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
