Develop, implement, and maintain a training system designed to enhance Operations employees ability to function in their role and act in alignment with the required technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify technical training needs with Operations management and employees.
- Support annual training plans, KPIs, training catalogue, and calendar preparation.
- Identify training resources, materials, and budget requirements.
- Coordinate training delivery, logistics, venues, attendance, and records.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Manage training systems, registrations, LMS updates, and reports.
- Prepare technical training presentations, reports, and data analysis.
- Source OEM vendors, training providers, consultants, and specialists.
- Coordinate training execution within contracts, timelines, budgets, and requirements.
- Enhance technical training programs through evaluations and SME involvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 6 years of experience in training planning and delivery.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Proficient in computer applications with SAP exposure.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Strong spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead meetings and negotiate outcomes with senior staff.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
