Ensure effective project controls through robust planning, scheduling, risk analysis, and timely execution of key activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning and scheduling functions, including risk, analysis, reporting, and progress control.
- Manage planning teams and coordinate inputs across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Ensure contractor compliance with planning procedures, schedules, and project control requirements.
- Monitor progress, assess delays, evaluate recovery plans, and support management decisions.
- Manage schedule impacts from changes and maintain integrated project reporting.
- Interface with EPC contractors to drive effective planning and project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in relevant discipline with 10+ years of business planning experience, including 6+ years in Oil & Gas.
Skills and Competencies
- Proven experience in major EPC projects, contract environments, and multinational teams.
- Expert in project planning, scheduling, Primavera, and schedule risk analysis tools.
- Strong skills in schedule development, progress analysis, resource planning, and delay assessment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
