Job Description

Lead Utilities & Infrastructure engineering, ensuring quality, schedule, budget, contractor performance, and successful project execution.


 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multi-discipline engineering, procurement, and construction activities to achieve project milestones and budget.
  • Coordinate EPC and project teams to support execution, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Monitor project performance through KPIs, schedules, risks, and progress, enabling timely corrective actions.
  • Drive cross-functional decision-making, change management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards while overseeing contractor performance and execution.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering with 10+ years of engineering experience, including 6+ years in Oil & Gas and major EPC/LNG projects.

Skills and Competencies
  • Proven leadership in multi-discipline engineering, contractor management, and risk management.
  • Strong technical background in engineering design, project/field engineering, and large process facilities.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
