Oversee Compression Platform Complex fabrication from yard to load-out, ensuring safe, efficient execution, design constructability, and alignment between company and contractor teams to meet project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, schedule, and project requirements throughout fabrication.
- Supervise contractor and subcontractor fabrication, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
- Verify design constructability and compliance with technical specifications, standards, and project documentation.
- Review construction deviations, progress, and quality, recommending corrective actions where required.
- Coordinate with contractors to resolve execution issues and support safe construction and commissioning.
- Lead risk assessments, technical meetings, and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or Science with 10+ years of Oil & Gas construction experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong expertise in fabrication, welding, lifting, mechanical completion, testing, and project execution.
- Experience with major oil & gas operators, EPC contractors, and heavy construction projects.
- Knowledge of fabrication, installation, hook-up, offshore/onshore facilities, LNG, sour gas, and applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements.
- Proven ability to manage execution in large-scale operating and project environments.
