Seeking an experienced ROV Project Supervisor Grade 1 to lead and supervise offshore ROV operations, with a strong background in offshore pipeline inspection projects.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise offshore ROV operations (mobilization to demobilization).
• Lead ROV teams for pipeline inspection & intervention.
• Coordinate daily operations with clients and offshore teams.
• Ensure IMCA, HSE, and client compliance.
• Prepare reports, risk assessments, and project documentation.
• Monitor ROV performance and maintenance.
• Support client meetings and technical activities.
• Oversee pipeline, subsea, and asset integrity inspections.
• Primary client contact for offshore ROV operations.
• Attend planning meetings and toolbox talks.
• Provide operational updates and resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate project scope changes and maintain client relationships
• Ensure ROV system readiness before deployment.
• Supervise maintenance, repairs, calibration, and certification.
• Manage spare parts, consumables, and equipment logistics.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of offshore ROV experience.
• Minimum 5 years\' experience as an ROV Project Supervisor or Senior ROV Supervisor.
• Proven experience supervising offshore pipeline inspection projects.
• Strong knowledge of IMCA guidelines and offshore operations.
• Experience with work-class ROV systems and subsea inspection equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
