Key Responsibilities:

• Oversaw project cost control, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting across T&R and EPC contracts.
• Guided cost engineers on cost tracking, labor monitoring, VOWD, and earned value management.
• Managed funding, cost forecasts, WBS/CBS, and budget alignment with approved baselines.
• Audited contractor costs, progress claims, productivity, and resource utilization to ensure cost accuracy.
• Identified cost risks, implemented recovery strategies, and evaluated variations and budget impacts.
• Developed cost tracking systems and supported tender evaluations, cost estimates, and commercial bid analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Law, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience, including 4+ years in Oil & Gas and supervisory/contract oversight experience.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong expertise in project controls, cost control, planning, contracts, risk, procurement, and change management.
• Experience with EPC projects, ERP systems (preferably SAP), and contractor/vendor management.
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication, leadership, and Microsoft Office skills with fluent English.
