Oversees commissioning of the North Field South Onshore Project, ensuring SHES, welfare, quality, cost, and schedule compliance through collaboration with the EPC contractor and client\'s NFS Onshore PMT
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive a strong safety culture through visible leadership.
• Align EPC and PMT commissioning teams.
• Ensure compliant commissioning execution and deliverables.
• Direct safe and timely EPC commissioning.
• Manage commissioning resources and coordination.
• Supervise commissioning execution and reporting.
• Lead commissioning meetings and issue resolution.
• Coordinate plant handover with OES.
• Oversee completion and handover activities.
• Support SIMOPS planning and coordination.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences.
• 15+ years of oil & gas project and commissioning experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in EPC project execution, commissioning, and systems completion.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of engineering standards, safety, and industry codes.
• Experience with oil & gas operators, contractors, and service providers.
• Proven expertise in Brownfield projects and SIMOPS.
• Skilled in contract, schedule, cost, and risk management.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.
