Job Description

Lead Start-Up Assistance for client projects, ensuring safe, timely transition to operations through readiness management, technical assurance, risk control, and seamless handover.


 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead NFXP Onshore safety management and ensure HSE compliance.
  • Act as key interface between OES, PMT, contractors, vendors, and licensors for start-up activities.
  • Lead Start-Up Assistance program to achieve safe, reliable, and efficient plant start-up.
  • Drive readiness, resource mobilization, and operational preparation.
  • Coordinate daily planning, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Manage action registers, ORP deliverables, and completion tracking.
  • Support final handover, acceptance, and transition to Operations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences.
  • 10+ years’ Oil & Gas project experience across engineering, construction, commissioning, and start-up.
  • Supervisory experience in large-scale projects.

Skills and Competencies
  • Experience with operators, contractors, and service companies.
  • Strong knowledge of project execution, commissioning, operations readiness, and systems completion.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong coordination, planning, technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in professional office and technical applications.
