Lead business management for client NFXP EPC-3/4/BOP Projects, overseeing contracts, procurement, project controls, and commercial performance to achieve quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business management for NFXP EPC-3/4/BOP, covering contracts, procurement, project controls, planning, cost, claims, and change management.
- Drive project performance, KPIs, issue resolution, and execution of mitigation plans.
- Align sub-projects and manage critical interfaces to ensure seamless execution.
- Oversee project reporting, stakeholder communications, and performance governance.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, operations, finance, legal, and shared services.
- Ensure compliance with the client Project Management System (QGPMS) and stage-gate requirements.
- Drive Operations Readiness Plan (ORP) execution and monitor deliverables to completion.
- Lead risk and change management, including evaluation of EPC change orders.
- Direct executive reporting and presentations for steering committees and senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Law, or related discipline.
- 12+ years\' experience, including 8+ years in oil & gas and 3+ years in leadership/supervisory roles.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong expertise in project execution, EPC contract management, planning, scheduling, and cost control.
- Experience delivering large greenfield projects with multiple EPC contractors.
- Extensive knowledge of project lifecycle, commissioning, startup, handover, risk, change, and interface management.
- Proven experience managing contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Strong contract management, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in large integrated organizations, preferably in Qatar or the Middle East.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
