Job Description
Lead business management for client NFXP EPC-3/4/BOP Projects, overseeing contracts, procurement, project controls, and commercial performance to achieve quality, cost, and schedule objectives.

 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead business management for NFXP EPC-3/4/BOP, covering contracts, procurement, project controls, planning, cost, claims, and change management.
  • Drive project performance, KPIs, issue resolution, and execution of mitigation plans.
  • Align sub-projects and manage critical interfaces to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee project reporting, stakeholder communications, and performance governance.
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, operations, finance, legal, and shared services.
  • Ensure compliance with the client Project Management System (QGPMS) and stage-gate requirements.
  • Drive Operations Readiness Plan (ORP) execution and monitor deliverables to completion.
  • Lead risk and change management, including evaluation of EPC change orders.
  • Direct executive reporting and presentations for steering committees and senior leadership.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Law, or related discipline.
  • 12+ years\' experience, including 8+ years in oil & gas and 3+ years in leadership/supervisory roles.

Skills and Competencies
  • Strong expertise in project execution, EPC contract management, planning, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Experience delivering large greenfield projects with multiple EPC contractors.
  • Extensive knowledge of project lifecycle, commissioning, startup, handover, risk, change, and interface management.
  • Proven experience managing contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
  • Strong contract management, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in large integrated organizations, preferably in Qatar or the Middle East.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
