Job Description
Lead the Handover & Completion Data & Reporting function, driving data governance, analytics, and integration of SCDB and digital platforms to enable real-time decision-making in line with client standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and lead the Handover & Completion Data & Reporting strategy, ensuring data governance and quality.
  • Deliver enterprise dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
  • Integrate SCDB, Data Lakes, and enterprise systems for seamless data flow.
  • Develop digital solutions (Power Apps) to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Provide analytics and insights to support performance and risk management.
  • Manage data architecture, pipelines, and system integrations.
  • Standardize data and reporting across EPC contractors.
  • Lead and develop the Data & Reporting team.
  • Drive digital innovation, automation, and AI initiatives.
  • Ensure compliant, secure, and accurate Handover & Completion reporting.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering.
  • 10+ years’ experience in Oil & Gas projects covering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and systems completion.
  • Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience managing teams/vendors.

Skills and Competencies
  • Experience with operators, EPC contractors, or service companies.
  • Strong expertise in data strategy, governance, analytics, and digital transformation.
  • Advanced skills in Power BI, SQL, ETL, data modeling, and data warehousing.
  • Experience with SCDB/Hexagon Smart Completions, Data Lakes, cloud platforms, and Power Apps.
  • Knowledge of system integration, APIs, and automation tools.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Ability to deliver executive insights through data visualization and reporting.
  • Proven capability in governance, standardization, innovation, and continuous improvement.
