Responsible for implementing the client quality program and overseeing contractor quality management during NFPS jacket and topside fabrication at Karimun yard to achieve project quality objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managed fabrication quality interfaces and resolved quality issues with yard teams.
- Coordinated inspections, directed inspectors, and ensured timely issue resolution.
- Aligned inspection records with Systems Completion requirements.
- Oversaw preservation activities and verified corrective actions.
- Participated in quality and HSE programs, site walks, and observations.
- Reported contractor, subcontractor, and vendor quality performance to Quality Head.
- Managed non-conformance reporting, corrective actions, and lessons learned.
- Ensured implementation of construction surveillance and drove continuous quality improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering/Science with quality, welding, or NDE qualifications.
- 8+ years of Oil & Gas quality experience, including supervisory/vendor oversight.
Skills and Competencies
- Experienced with Oil & Gas operators, contractors, and service companies.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and Quality Management Systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
