Responsible for coordinating and tracking mechanical completion and system handover activities at Karimun, ensuring all subsystems and systems meet project specifications and approved procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Built and maintained Power BI dashboards for completion tracking (MC, RFSU, punch lists, exceptions, check sheets).
- Ensured compliance of MC/RFSU dossiers with approved procedures and indexes.
- Managed closure of ITRs, punch lists, and exceptions prior to certification.
- Coordinated system walkdowns and ensured readiness and discipline participation.
- Monitored database integrity, change control, tag allocation, and subsystem mapping.
- Reviewed contractor plans, work packs, and ensured safe handover readiness.
- Verified preservation activities and tracked subsystem progress for timely handover.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering.
- 8+ years commissioning experience in Oil & Gas, including supervisory exposure.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI dashboard development and maintenance.
- Expertise in Systems Completion planning, certification gates, ITRs, and punch list management.
- Experience with Completion Management Systems (WinPCS, ICAPS, Hexagon or similar).

- Understanding of construction, QA/QC, commissioning interfaces, and handover processes.
- Strong HSE awareness and commitment to safe system handover practices.
- Effective leadership, contractor coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational, reporting, and technical judgment abilities.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines, workload pressure, and changing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
