Implements ICS Security engineering, supports system sustainment, audits, risk assessments, technology evaluations, and project execution while ensuring compliance with ICS security policies, design standards, and maintenance strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement ICS Security standards, procedures, and system improvement strategies.
- Review system/network designs for ICS Security compliance.
- Support risk assessments, technology evaluations, and DRP exercises.
- Validate systems through FAT, SAT, and operational readiness.
- Investigate security incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
- Provide technical support on ICS Security policies and compliance.
- Coordinate with ICS Custodians and ICSE teams.
- Conduct compliance assessments and manage ICS asset lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Computer) or Computer Science.
- 6+ years of Oil & Gas experience in operations, engineering, or technical roles with ICS Security exposure.
- Experience implementing OT security controls and working in Industrial Control Systems environments.
Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of ICS Security tools including networking, IDS/IPS, and SIEM monitoring systems.
- Strong understanding of ICS architecture and security frameworks.
- Strong English communication and computer literacy skills.
- Good interpersonal, organizational, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot ICS Security design and sustainment issues.
- Capable of leading ICS Security issue resolution and driving continuous improvement.
