Oversees offshore hook-up and commissioning activities, providing ICSS technical leadership to contractors and project teams. Reviews procedures, supports change management, ensures documentation integrity, and validates system readiness for safe and efficient handover to the OESS team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute commissioning activities safely and in line with project schedules.
- Manage commissioning, RFC/RFSU readiness, and handover to Operations.
- Lead readiness reviews, system acceptance, and stakeholder coordination.
- Oversee contractor commissioning performance and compliance.
- Ensure availability of commissioning spares, tools, and documentation.
- Support system completion, walkdowns, and PSSR activities.
- Implement lessons learned and preventive maintenance during commissioning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences.
- 8+ years’ Oil & Gas project experience, including commissioning and supervisory roles.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of project execution, commissioning, systems completion, and contract compliance.
- Experienced in MC/RFC/RFSU, startup, and handover to Operations.
- Proficient in P&IDs, technical documentation, and engineering drawings.
- Experience with LNG facilities, EPC contractors, vendors, and offshore projects.
- Familiar with LOTO, HSE requirements, and interface management.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
- Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office applications.
