Execute Analyst-level condition monitoring during EPC and startup phases through asset handover. Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations through early defect detection and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform condition monitoring and diagnostics using vibration, thermography, and oil analysis tools.
- Identify equipment and instrumentation faults and support root cause analysis.
- Configure and troubleshoot Bentley Nevada 3500 protection systems.
- Develop best practices and drive reliability improvement initiatives.
- Maintain condition monitoring systems, databases, and equipment integrity.
- Analyze technical documentation and prepare reliability reports.
- Support master data setup for plant assets and equipment.
- Develop preventive maintenance tasks based on RCM and asset criticality.
- Analyze maintenance data and recommend reliability improvements.
Qualifications:
- HND in Engineering or Science.
- 4+ years of Oil & Gas industry experience in condition monitoring.
Skills and Competencies
- Advanced knowledge of vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, System 1, AMS Suite, ADRE 408, and Bentley Nevada 3500 systems.
- Strong decision-making skills in high-pressure environments.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
