Coordinate all Permit to Work (PTW) activities to ensure the safe, timely, efficient preparation and execution of all related work within the Asset in accordance with the relevant procedures.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Single point of contact for PTW/ePTW between Operations and Performing Parties; provide guidance and coordination.
• Review permits during planning to ensure proper risk assessment and identify hazards, conflicts, and mitigations.
• Lead daily PTW coordination meetings; issue upcoming work plans and maintain PTW registers and records.
• Brief Shift Supervisors on next-day permits for authorization and operational alignment.
• Conduct spot checks and PTW audits to ensure compliance.
• Track overdue/expired permits and ensure proper documentation control.
• Identify and propose improvements to PTW process and efficiency.
• Produce PTW reports, statistics, and non-compliance tracking.
• Support audits, incident, and near-miss investigations when required.

Qualifications:

• HND in Engineering.
• 8+ years oil & gas operations experience in an operations function.
• Technical experience in designated process area, including PTW system exposure.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience working in a multinational environment.
