Advise and support Instrumentation/Fire & Gas (F&G) Engineering activities during EPC and Startup phase until handover to permanent Asset whilst ensuring project deliverables meet Operations expectations in term of Safety, Operability, Reliability and Maintainability over the facility design life cycle.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Instrument & F&G engineering (design reviews, SIL, HAZOP, commissioning, troubleshooting)
• Implement reliability, availability, and cybersecurity surveillance programs
• Define best practices and drive performance improvements
• Plan and execute work schedules to meet KPIs
• Provide cross-discipline technical support
• Supervise contractors and service providers
• Mentor junior engineers on integrity and reliability systems
• Support project tie-ins and system integration
• Manage issue register and mitigate technical/cyber risks
• Support high-risk commissioning and system optimization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 8+ years’ experience in Oil & Gas environment
• Strong knowledge of DCS, PLC, ESD/F&G systems
• Experience with anti-surge, metering, and turbine/compressor control systems
• Full understanding of SIL requirements and safety lifecycle standards
