Advise and support machinery control systems implementation during EPC and Startup phase until handover to permanent Asset whilst ensuring project deliverables meet Operations expectations in term of Safety, Operability, Reliability and Maintainability over the facility design life cycle.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide GE/CCC/DCS machinery control support (design, commissioning, troubleshooting, warranty)
• Review and validate control schemes for turbines and VFD systems (reliability, availability, cyber security)
• Develop and verify test procedures (surge, DLN tuning, performance, control validation)
• Support FAT and analyze performance vs OEM maps and design calculations
• Plan and execute work schedules to meet KPIs
• Provide cross-discipline technical input on process–machine interactions
• Supervise contractors and service providers
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce reliability/integrity standards
• Manage issue logs, risks, and handover documentation
• Support high-risk commissioning, tuning, optimization, and operations advisory
