Responsible for supervising piping fabrication, installation, and testing at site, ensuring execution follows approved procedures and sequence through to handover to commissioning, while coordinating daily with contractor counterparts and reviewing construction deliverables for compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and approve contractor construction procedures and deliverables
- Promote collaboration with contractor teams to achieve project goals
- Support engineering decisions for smooth construction-to-commissioning transition
- Ensure safe, high-quality, cost- and schedule-compliant execution while multitasking effectively
- Participate in project reviews, meetings, and workshops
- Influence stakeholders outside direct reporting lines to align execution
- Provide practical solutions without unnecessary micromanagement
- Drive innovative and safe execution methods
- Support and facilitate project meetings as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering
- 8+ years’ experience in oil & gas construction-related roles (fabrication, installation, execution, completion, hook-up)
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or oversight role (including acting responsibilities or vendor supervision)
- Strong experience in large greenfield project execution, especially fabrication and construction
- Background in discipline, project, field engineering, or construction supervision/management
- Experience working on multicultural projects
- LNG project experience preferred

- Proficient in MS Office and SAP
- Good coordination and planning abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage across all organizational levels
