Coordinate internal and external interfaces between Offshore Projects and entities within Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC) and offshore. Ensure on-time information delivery to support project execution while maintaining a fully auditable data trail and proactively resolving technical conflicts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage document interfaces between PMTs, contractors, and RLIC entities.
- Maintain Interface Agreements (IAs) and ensure compliance with interface management procedures.
- Oversee document control, interface logs, and documentation exchange.
- Coordinate deliverables, approvals, and agreements with external stakeholders.
- Administer document transmittals and enforce communication protocols.
- Maintain interface registers, verify submissions, and support system audits.
- Close out IAs and issue final as-built documentation.
- Perform QA checks on IA closure and final technical documentation.
- Monitor interface databases, track risks, and prepare management reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
- 8+ years of interface management experience in Oil & Gas projects.
- Experience with Oil & Gas operators, contractors, or service companies.
- Background in large-scale operations, engineering, projects, or subsurface organizations.
- Skilled in developing Interface Management Plans, processes, registers, and reporting systems.
- Experienced in interface coordination, stakeholder management, and documentation control.
