Leads project document control and information management, ensuring EDMS compliance, efficient document flow, and timely, accurate handover of project documentation to operations.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead administration of EDMS and project document control processes.
• Ensure accurate control, distribution, and tracking of project documentation.
• Maintain compliance with document standards, templates, metadata, and workflows.
• Coordinate document reviews and monitor timely approvals.
• Manage document numbering, records, archiving, and accessibility.
• Guide PMT on documentation, correspondence, and information management practices.
• Drive continuous improvement of document control processes.
• Support compliant Project Information Handover (PIH) to operations.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of EDMS, document management, and records archiving practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
