The Systems Completion Lead is responsible for overseeing, leading and tracking the mechanical completion and systems handover activities. Ensuring sub-system and system meet project specification requirements as per approved procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Close ITRs, punch lists, and exceptions before completion certification
- Maintain SCDB integrity (tags, ITR allocation, documents, reporting)
- Identify and resolve data/database inconsistencies
- Verify EPC completion dossiers (MC, pre-commissioning, commissioning, handover)
- Review work packs and commissioning plans for safe handover
- Monitor preservation compliance
- Capture and track lessons learned
- Track subsystem progress for timely handover
- Ensure accurate as-built and turnover documentation
- Control MC, CSA, commissioning, and RFSU documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering
- 8+ years Oil & Gas commissioning experience, incl. 1+ year supervisory/oversight role
- Mechanical Completion and System Handover experience in O&G/petrochemical/industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of certification gates and certificate types
- Strong understanding of ITR types, stages, and requirements
- Knowledge of punch list classification and management
- Experience with CMS tools (WinPCS, ICAPS, Hexagon or equivalent)
- Familiar with construction, QA/QC, and commissioning interfaces
- Strong reporting, communication, and organizational skills
- Good understanding of HSE standards and safe system handover practices
