Lead Operations deliverables within the assigned project from EPC, Brownfield, Greenfield, Commissioning, Start-up, and Handover of the running facility to Asset operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Start-up/Shutdown plans and coordinate stakeholders.
- Ensure readiness activities and key interfaces are completed.
- Lead start-up to achieve safe, stable operations.
- Manage manpower requirements and staff competency.
- Integrate start-up/brownfield requirements into project execution.
- Review and approve start-up procedures, schedules, and readiness plans.
- Support staff performance, training, and development.
- Manage operational risks and ensure safe operations.
- Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, audits, risk assessments, and investigations.
- Lead PTW implementation for safe work execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in gas operations
- 3+ years in project development, commissioning, and start-up activities.
Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of operability assurance, project management, business planning, environmental regulations, and safety systems.
- Strong planning, budgeting, and organizational skills.
- Effective leadership and stakeholder alignment abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Experience managing commissioning-focused projects and facility start-ups.
- Ability to make sound decisions under high-pressure conditions.
