Job Description

Lead EPC electrical and IT works execution, ensuring HSE, quality, schedule, constructability, compliance, and effective coordination between company and contractor teams.


 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure HSE compliance during fabrication activities.
  • Manage electrical and IT scope to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets.
  • Supervise fabrication, MC, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
  • Verify constructability and technical compliance.
  • Review technical deviations and project documentation.
  • Monitor progress, quality, and corrective actions.
  • Review contractor reports and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with contractors on execution and commissioning activities.
  • Participate in risk assessments, technical reviews, and lessons learned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of Oil & Gas construction/project execution experience, including supervisory responsibilities.

Skills and Competencies
  • Knowledge of fabrication, welding, lifting, mechanical testing, and completions.
  • Experience with operators, EPC contractors, service companies, or heavy construction firms.
  • Strong understanding of engineering standards, specifications, codes, and safety requirements.
  • Knowledge of offshore/onshore facilities, yard operations, and project execution.
  • Familiarity with LNG and sour gas facility execution risks.
  • Experience within large-scale operations and project organizations.
