Responsible for implementing HSES Management Plans and ensuring effective execution of the Contractor’s HSES Management System during fabrication and offshore installation activities. Provides continuous coordination, communication, and guidance on HSES matters and contractor performance.

Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous HSE improvement.
Support implementation of HSE plans, procedures, and risk management programs.
Oversee HSE audits, inspections, observations, and compliance activities.
Manage HSE training, competency, emergency response, and occupational health programs.
Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate security arrangements and risk controls.
Maintain effective coordination with contractors, site teams, and management on HSE matters.
Perform other HSE-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Safety, Health, Environment, Security, Engineering,
(or) equivalent SHES qualification (NEBOSH Diploma, NVQ Level 5, or British Safety Council Level 6).
Minimum 8 years’ SHES experience in the Oil & Gas industry
At least 1 year in a supervisory or acting supervisory role, with experience overseeing service/vendor personnel.
Skills and Competencies
Experience with Oil & Gas operators, contractors, or service companies.
Experience in large-scale operating organizations (operations, projects, subsurface, etc.).
Knowledge of SHES management systems and programs.
