Represent Company as a Site Representative on board Diving support vessel (DSV) / cable lay vessel (CLV) to ensure safe and quality – compliant execution of works by providing leadership oversight on Contractor’s subsea construction activities in accordance with established policies and procedures.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent COMPANY onboard DSV/CLV during offshore execution and report to PMT.
• Interface daily with EPC Offshore Construction Manager and offshore crew.
• Ensure compliance with Company procedures, specifications, and risk controls.
• Close FRA, HAZID/HIRA, and safety actions before critical activities.
• Coordinate SIMOPS and PTW activities near Company assets.
• Oversee marine operations and verify vessel compliance with Company requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve offshore execution issues.
• Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, and proactive decision-making.
• Support timely and cost-effective offshore execution.
• Act as Area Operator and issue ePTW as per procedure.

Qualifications:

• High School graduate with recognized offshore training certifications.
• OPITO H2S and T-BOSIET certified.
• IMCA Dive Supervisor certified.
• 15+ years offshore installation experience on DSVs.
• 5+ years’ experience as Offshore Construction Manager, CSR, or DSV Superintendent.
• 5+ years’ experience as diver or dive supervisor (air/saturation).
• Familiarity with QELNG PTW systems preferred.
• Strong knowledge of offshore installation and subsea execution methods.
• Proven leadership experience onboard DSVs.
• Knowledge of lifting, rigging, and safety standards.

• Fluent English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook e-mail system.
