Job Description

Managed China Fabrication activities for COMP2 and COMP5 through sailaway, overseeing CP and LQ delivery, site management across Chinese yards, and safe execution within approved scope and schedule.


 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Managed business functions including risk management, QGPMS, reporting, governance, recruitment, and lessons learned to support successful project delivery.
  • Coordinated section heads and supported project leadership to ensure effective execution and teamwork.
  • Oversaw project reporting, governance documentation, and stakeholder communication in line with compliance and confidentiality requirements.
  • Ensured QGPMS compliance, maintained risk registers, and supported mitigation planning throughout project execution.
  • Supported recruitment, manpower planning, process improvement, IT systems, and competency assurance to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Law, Sciences, or related disciplines.
  • 15+ years of business function experience, including 12+ years in Oil & Gas and 5+ years in supervisory or contractor oversight roles.

Skills and Competencies
  • Extensive experience with Oil & Gas operators, EPC contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and service companies.
  • Strong expertise in planning, scheduling, cost control, contracts, procurement, risk/change management, reporting, and support services.
  • Knowledge of international standards, best practices, SAP, dashboards, and data analytics.
  • Experienced in managing business functions within large-scale integrated operating organizations.
