Oversees contractor procurement for the NFS Onshore Project, ensuring materials and procurement comply with EPC requirements, are cost-effective and timely, and adhere to Company and Contractor policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align procurement requirements with PMT objectives.
- Manage LLI procurement: ITT, tendering, bid evaluation, and contract administration until EPC handover.
- Develop and execute procurement plans (materials, bulk, spares) and closeout strategy.
- Monitor and report procurement progress, risks, costs, and mitigation to PMT.
- Ensure Contractor compliance with procurement procedures (Gates 3–5) and contract terms.
- Review and approve Contractor procurement documents and processes.
- Enforce ethics, compliance, and documentation quality standards.
- Ensure effective materials management and timely delivery of required spares/materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Commercial, Engineering, Project Management, or Supply Chain Management.
- 8+ years’ experience in contracts/procurement on major Oil & Gas projects, including 1 year in a supervisory or equivalent oversight role.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and industry standards.
- In-depth understanding of Oil & Gas procurement market and key vendors.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Advanced computer literacy.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results.
