Job Description
The Pipelines Procurement Lead is responsible for managing the NFXP Offshore Pipelines Procurement requirements to ensure objectives are met within the approved scope, budget and schedule and to ensure that all work is completed in accordance with quality standards applicable.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review contractor and PMT procurement activities to ensure cost, schedule, and quality objectives are achieved.
  • Monitor contractor compliance with company procurement requirements and approved procedures.
  • Review and approve contractor procurement procedures and documentation.
  • Support vendor quality reviews, resolve procurement issues, and assist with vendor evaluation and Project Vendor List updates.
  • Coordinate with Quality team to ensure EPC contractor materials and equipment meet project standards.
  • Monitor EPC contractor procurement and materials management plans, including COMPANY-supplied items.
  • Contribute to the improvement and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
  • Review and verify Spare Parts Lists (SPL) for completeness and accuracy before submission to OPCO.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Law, Sciences, Marketing, IT, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 8+ years business experience
  • 4 years in Oil & Gas
  • 1 year in a supervisory/contractor oversight role.
  • Experience with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and vendors in Oil & Gas procurement, preferably offshore LNG projects.
  • Strong cross-cultural collaboration and international project experience.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement skills within PMT environments.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and stakeholder specifications.

Skills and Competencies
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in using standard office software and relevant technical applications.
