Provides process engineering support to MP projects through process studies, alignment of start-up philosophies, smooth PMT-to-operations handover, and oversight of production performance testing, while ensuring all process engineering deliverables are executed by the Contractor in line with project requirements and schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee Process Engineering design, quality, and project execution.
- Develop Process Engineering scope and optimize design solutions.
- Coordinate with PMT and Engineering teams on project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and QGPMS.
- Support technical bid evaluations and contractor capability assessments.
- Manage Process deliverables, schedules, reporting, and recovery plans.
- Capture and share lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Process or Chemical Engineering.
- 10 years of Process Engineering experience
- 6 years in Oil & Gas
- 2 years in supervisory or contractor oversight roles.
- LNG project experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of engineering execution, design standards, safety criteria, LNG facilities, utilities, construction, and operations.
Skills and Competencies
- Experience with gas processing licensor technologies and flow assurance in gas/condensate fields preferred.
- Knowledge of integrated offshore and gas plant start-up activities.
- Strong English communication, coordination, planning, and management skills.
- Good influencing and interface management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
