The Completion & Handover Lead ensures the safe, certified transfer of systems from Construction to Commissioning, and onward to Start-up and OES within the assigned area. They verify that all work is complete, functional, and compliant with project specifications, aligned with commissioning priorities and sequence, while driving coordination between EPC CTR and CPY to meet project timelines.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee preparation and review of all system completion and handover documentation
• Review strategies to ensure milestone dates are achieved
• Support early coordination from Construction to PCC and PCC to OES
• Monitor completion systems to ensure accuracy, integrity, and alignment with commissioning sequence; control changes via MOC
• Identify delay risks and ensure mitigation; drive effective punch list closure for timely handover
• Coordinate with PMT, quality, and commissioning teams for efficient processes
• Manage daily coordination with EPC contractor; track subsystem progress and verify ITRs and dossiers
• Apply lessons learned to improve efficiency
• Ensure safe and compliant Care, Custody & Control handover to OES

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 8+ years in Oil & Gas construction, including 1 year supervisory
• Strong leadership and multi-discipline/EPC coordination
• Familiar with systemization, PCC, completion and punch list systems, SIMOPS
• Experience in large operating organizations
• Knowledge of contracts, codes, standards, and specifications
