Oversee EPC (Process) works from engineering to RLIC site execution and handover, ensuring adherence to schedule and key milestones.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Approve EPC construction plans, procedures, and reports.
• Provide guidance and resolve issues without micromanagement.
• Identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Ensure safe, efficient execution and commissioning readiness.
• Align teams and stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Participate in key project reviews and meetings.
• Oversee large workforce, driving strong HSE performance.
• Capture and share lessons learned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering.
• 12+ years in large Oil & Gas construction projects, including 3+ years in management/EPC execution roles.

Skills and Competencies

• Experience with operators, EPC contractors, and heavy construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of design codes, standards, and safety for fabrication, installation, and hook-up.
• Expertise in LNG/sour gas facilities and associated execution risks.
• Proven track record in project delivery, contractor management, and construction safety.
• Experience with AWP methodology and systems completion management.
• Ability to drive innovative construction methods, especially in large LNG projects.
• Skilled in influencing technical decisions for smooth construction-to-commissioning transition.
• Experience in multicultural, large-scale project environments.
• Background as discipline/project/field/construction engineer or manager.
• Strong fabrication and greenfield construction experience.
