Job Description

Responsible for ensuring the integrity and fitness for service of all goods and services procured for MP and NFPS Projects as part of the Shared Services Quality Team, while promoting high-quality, cost-effective, and safe lifecycle operations. Also responsible for collecting and analyzing project quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities, enhancing overall project quality and enabling efficient, flawless execution.


 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and assess contractor and vendor performance.
  • Analyze audits, findings, DRs, NCRs, and SDRs to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Oversee and guide quality teams across contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and sub-vendors.
  • Support development and compliance of quality plans, gap analyses, and procedures aligned with company requirements.
  • Lead or participate in Quality Management System audits to ensure compliance with company and international standards.
  • Contribute to project lessons learned to improve future quality performance and interfaces.
  • Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and documentation to meet specifications and standards.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone) and manage corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and other teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements across all processes and outputs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sciences or Engineering.
  • ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification.
  • 8+ years’ experience in Oil & Gas Quality, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or oversight role.
  • Experience with Oil & Gas operators, contractors, or service companies in large-scale project or operations environments.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, industry standards, specifications, and regulations.
  • Experience developing and implementing quality control plans, procedures, and documentation.
  • Proficient in quality analysis tools and root cause failure analysis methodologies.
  • Skilled in preparing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and related quality documentation.
  • Familiar with destructive and non-destructive testing and interpretation of results.
  • Strong understanding of performance improvement methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
