To supervise offshore mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of equipment while complying with company standards and supporting troubleshooting, planning, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support QLMS processes to minimize SHE incidents
- Supervise maintenance activities across onshore and offshore facilities in compliance with procedures
- Review work notifications and scheduling to ensure PPM compliance and operational efficiency
- Ensure accurate maintenance records and work order closure in SAP
- Troubleshoot equipment issues using technical documentation
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure reporting of near misses and incidents
- Verify completion of JSA, LMRA, and PTW requirements with proper risk controls
- Contribute to budget planning and monitor maintenance expenditures
- Close audit and safety observations within deadlines
- Support field expansion, commissioning, and project activities with PMT and contractors
Qualifications:
- Higher National Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electrical)
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in oil & gas or petrochemical industry
- At least 7 years in field maintenance and 3 years in a supervisory role
- Offshore experience is mandatory
- Strong experience in equipment overhauling and troubleshooting
Skills and Competencies
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Skilled in MS Office, SAP, and CMMS systems
- Adaptable to multinational and multicultural work environments
