Advise and support electrical engineering expertise consistent with Senior Engineer level competency during EPC and startup phase until handover to permanent asset whilst ensuring project deliverables meet operations expectations in term of safety, operability, reliability, and maintainability over the facility design life cycle.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support design reviews, commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting, and MOC.
• Develop/implement surveillance and integrity programs for reliability, safety, and cybersecurity.
• Provide technical input across disciplines.
• Supervise contractors and mentor junior engineers.
• Support project tie-ins and prepare handover packages.
• Manage issue register and mitigate risks.
• Assist high-risk commissioning, system optimization, and O&M support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in oil & gas.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong decision-making under pressure.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in office and technical software.
• Competent at Senior Electrical Engineer level.
