Provide technical industrial hygiene support to the OES-HSEQ that involve controlling health hazards in the workplace and facilitating further safe handover to Operating Asset to achieve Occupational Health related goals during project startup activities of OES led Major Projects both Onshore and Offshore (Cat I, II, III).
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement IHP across projects ensuring compliance.
• Conduct HRAs and communicate risks.
• Develop EAS and plan resources.
• Monitor exposures for SEGs.
• Identify risks and apply controls.
• Audit IHP compliance.
• Establish and verify controls (engineering/PPE).
• Deliver IH training and awareness.
• Drive process improvements and update procedures.
• Assess new chemicals and recommend controls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Chemical/Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or Environmental Health Sciences.
• Preferred certifications: CIH, ROH, COH; additional (CSP, CRSP, CMIOSH) desirable.
• 8+ years IH/OHS experience, including 5+ years in oil & gas, petrochemical, or manufacturing sectors.

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic environmental software.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; able to work under pressure and across all levels.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning abilities.
