Company Site Representative (CSR) is responsible for all Offshore Pipelay works and acts as the Company Representative for execution and acceptance of the offshore pipelay works on behalf of the Offshore Project. The CSR has to ensure objectives are met within the approved scope and schedule and that all work is completed in accordance with safety and quality standards applicable.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pipelay vessel operations, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and coordination.
• Act as Site Focal Point for safety, execution, and document compliance.
• Participate in HAZID, risk, and technical reviews.
• Inspect/audit vessels and liaise with MWS.
• Monitor daily status of equipment, vessels, and personnel.
• Coordinate interfaces and stakeholder support.
• Lead daily and ad hoc meetings.
• Audit contractor documentation (HSES, QA/QC, Marine, Environmental).
• Manage risk, approve changes, ensure PMOC compliance.
• Align team on engineering and installation matters.

Qualifications:

• Certified by IMCA, IMO, OPITO, MTCS, UKCS, PUWER, LOLER, IOGP (e.g., On-Scene Commander, PIC, Company Rep).
• OPITO H2S and T-BOSIET certified.
• 10+ years’ experience, including 8+ years in senior offshore construction/installation roles.
• Strong supervisory experience with clients, EPCI contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Global offshore LNG project experience.
• In-depth knowledge of stakeholder specifications and industry standards.

Skills and Competencies

• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Skilled in MS Office and technical applications.
• Able to work offshore on platforms/vessels.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills within PMT.
