Project Management Team (PMT) member responsible for execution of various fixed facilities Transportation and Installation (T&I) operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe marine operations in line with contract, standards, and best practices
• Coordinate with Vessel Management Team (VMT) on activities, issues, and mitigations
• Support T&I engineering (procedures, constructability, risk assessments)
• Align communication across departments for efficient offshore execution
• Contribute to project planning to meet contract milestones
• Review T&I deliverables for compliance with company standards
• Coordinate offshore reporting to track work completion against scope
• Facilitate readiness reviews for timely vessel mobilization
• Report and follow up on incidents, capturing lessons learned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering
• 10+ years offshore construction experience (methods/field engineer, CSR, or similar)
• Experience in transportation & installation of fixed platforms (heavy lifting); or pipelines, subsea, floating facilities
• Minimum 2 years in supervisory/oversight role (including vendors/service personnel)

• Strong communication, interpersonal, coordination, and interfacing skills
