Job Description

This role oversees all Pre-EPC activities for MP and NFPS projects, including ITT development, bid evaluations, and vendor verification. It ensures QMS and Flawless Execution requirements are updated with lessons learned and international standards during FEED. The role manages ITT issuance, bid evaluation, and all steps through EPC award, and is responsible for QA/QC of Pre-EPC purchase orders for Long Lead and High-Value Items until EPC contractor novation.


 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with NFPS Quality and PMTs to integrate specs and lessons learned into ITT and EPC QA/QC.
  • Provide quality input for ITT kick-offs, bid evaluations, clarifications, bulletins, and SWOT analyses.
  • Guide quality management strategy aligned with project contracting approaches.
  • Evaluate material/equipment criticality and develop Quality Intervention Plans during FEED and Detail Design.
  • Manage QA for Long Lead Items (LLIs) pre-award up to EPC novation, including contracts and TPIS.
  • Maintain audit and non-conformance dashboards and support Lessons Learned and Quality Steering Meetings.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
  • 8 years in Oil & Gas Quality, including 1 year in a supervisory or oversight role.
  • Experience with Oil & Gas companies, contractors, or service organizations.
  • Familiar with large-scale operations and projects.
  • Knowledge of Quality Systems, specifications, tools, and industry standards.
  • Experience implementing Quality Management per ISO 9001, ISO TS 29001, API Q-1, and API Q2.
  • Qualified in ISO and/or API Q1 audit programs.
  • Experienced in tendering, bid analysis, and contract award processes.
  • Skilled in identifying and managing quality-related risks.
