Responsible for implementing the project quality management program and ensuring effective execution of the contractor’s quality system during installation of jackets, topsides, and pipelines for compression projects. The Quality Lead DEHE Vessel oversees quality activities during execution to ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Project Quality Plan and ensure contractor compliance
• Execute surveillance to verify fabrication and installation quality
• Approve ITPs, QC, and testing procedures
• Control welding quality, qualifications, and performance
• Monitor progress and resolve quality issues
• Manage inspection resources and agencies
• Deliver quality and welding training
• Conduct site walk-throughs for improvements
• Maintain inspection records for handover
• Manage deficiencies and NCRs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering
• Relevant quality, welding, and NDE qualifications
• Minimum 8 years offshore oil & gas experience, including supervisory exposure
• Experience in offshore structures and pipeline installation
• Background with operators, contractors, or service companies
• Experience in large-scale operations and project environments
• Knowledge of quality systems, specifications, and tools
• Familiarity with industry standards
