Oversees structural construction activities for pipeline and subsea structures, from fabrication through to load-out and sail-away, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with applicable safety and quality standards
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead safe and timely execution of structural fabrication per project milestones
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure technical and quality compliance
• Oversee contractor load-out activities and adherence to SHES procedures
• Review design changes and ensure proper change management
• Validate SIMOPS and permit-to-work procedures; track progress
• Support load-out readiness and coordination with client teams
• Monitor schedule, identify gaps, and implement recovery plans
• Capture and share lessons learned for continuous improvement
• Provide regular progress updates to Head of Fabrication
• Review load-out plans and support contractor planning efforts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 8+ years in offshore construction, including subsea and topside platforms
• 1+ year supervisory experience
• 3–5 years as Structural Superintendent on international offshore projects
• Proficient in ICAPS, pre-commissioning, and handover processes
• Skilled in ITR and punch list management

• Expertise in subsea and pipeline structural fabrication (WYE, Tee skids)
• Strong English communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and project coordination
• Delivers timely, cost-effective solutions independently
• Guides teams and handles complex tasks
