Support the Compression EPC Contractor in safely and efficiently executing CP Topsides coating and insulation works, ensuring design constructability, compliance with HSE and quality standards, and effective coordination between company and contractor teams for aligned fabrication execution.
Ensure safety compliance during fabrication.
Oversee coating & insulation fabrication to meet safety, quality, and schedule goals.
Support Contractors/Subcontractors to meet contractual and international standards.
Verify constructability and technical compliance of engineering deliverables.
Review deviations and ensure consistent project documentation.
Monitor progress, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions.
Liaise with Contractors/Subcontractors on progress and reporting.
Participate in risk assessments, pre-job, and technical meetings.
Contribute to REX and lessons learned.
Bachelor’s in Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
8 years in large Oil & Gas projects, including coating & insulation.
Familiarity with design standards, codes, specifications, and safety criteria for fabrication, installation, brownfield, and hook-up works.
Understanding of offshore/onshore facilities and yard operations.
Awareness of execution methods and risks in sour gas and LNG facilities.
Experience in large-scale operations or project organizations.
