Manage the Compression EPC contractor to safely and efficiently deliver CP Topsides electrical and IT scopes, ensuring design constructability, adherence to standards, and aligned execution with company and contractor teams.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety compliance during fabrication.

• Manage electrical & IT fabrication to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets.

• Supervise Contractor/Subcontractor activities across fabrication, mechanical completion, and commissioning.

• Verify constructability and technical compliance of deliverables.

• Review deviations and ensure consistent documentation.

• Identify issues and recommend corrective actions.

• Monitor progress reports and highlight critical problems.

• Coordinate with Contractors/Subcontractors on progress and reporting.

• Participate in risk assessments, technical, and pre-job meetings.

• Support REX and Lessons Learned activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.

• 8 years’ experience in large construction projects in Oil & Gas, including 1 year in a supervisory or oversight role.

• Strong knowledge of project execution, field management, fabrication, E&IT testing, and completions.

Skills and Competencies

• Experience with Oil & Gas companies, contractors, service, or heavy construction firms.

• Knowledge of design standards, codes, specifications, and safety criteria for fabrication, transport, installation, and hook-up.

• Familiarity with offshore/onshore facilities, structures, or yard operations.

• Understanding of execution methods and risks in sour gas and LNG facilities.

• Experience in large-scale operating organizations across Operations, Projects, or Subsurface.
